disjointed thoughts

• rain yesterday, didn't walk
• good school days, pep talk musta worked (you know, do it, or else!)
• glorious morning this morning, clear and crisp, went for a slightly longer walk, but didn't eat well today - I will not slip back into my old bad habits
• I've identified a large grey bird that I haven't seen here before as a Grey Currawong - they sound like camping along the Murray
• not sleeping well, dreaming lots - not nighmares, but disturbing nevertheless - and waking when it starts to come light
• I haven't eaten any chocolate in over 2 weeks - just gone cold turkey, the only way
• laughed myself silly watching Rove last night - more on the Hoff - he's actually visiting Australia this month (egads!! truly, he's slightly pathetic)
• wasted about a half-hour this afternoon looking at all things Hasselhoff here (funny and scary at the same time, I mean, really? David Hasselhoff? the star of the show was KIT, the CAR, not even gonna mention BayWatch)
• had a go at one of the Hoff alterations (took all of 10 minutes once I snagged the images on the net) - whatcha think?

• heard from nice Canon lady today who is trying to find my camera - apparently it is lost in the depths of TNT incompetence - TNT wanted to know what colour paper it was wrapped in? where is Yarram? what the??
• scrapped the title page for an ABC album challenge at SBB - gonna do a 'happy thoughts' album, just for me, whatever I feel like, should be fun
