migraines

Crawling out from under the fog of a migraine, the pain has finally gone, my brain feels bruised and I am just worn-out exhausted, just getting the kids started this morning wore me out - made my legs shaky and sent me for a nap on the couch. I've barely kept the family going these past three days, the house is a disaster zone, but the kids are fed, clothed and have done the basics in homeschooling (the older ones are pretty good at just getting on with what they have to do at times like this.) Our lovely pastor's wife, Jenny, brought around a casserole last night, which made me cry (that hurt!) and realise that there really is so much good in people, despite the negativity and horrors the media focuses on. I haven't had one of these brutal headaches in over six months, it made me appreciate pain-free good health all the more! More naps coming up real soon. Hopefully I'll be back up to speed tomorrow, I'm missing the normal nothingness of my everydays!

Oh Deb, I'm so sorry you haven't been feeling well. I know migranes are horrible. So sweet that she brought you food. Hope you feel better soon!
