crikey
Well, my week is totally spinning out of control. Monday I decided, on the spur of the moment, to go up to the Valley to get the last bits and pieces for my scrapbooking classes in the Park on Saturday, and to get the kids some thongs (flip-flops) and other summery needs, as the weather is warming up so quickly. I really felt the need to be over-occupied on Monday, and to be away from home, so that I couldn't dwell too much on the anniversary day that it was. So totally exhausted Monday night.
Yesterday, I phoned my Dad to get his help in fixing up the BAS paperwork, then left it behind when I went into town to post it! So of course, now I have to go back into town today also. I spent the afternoon stressing about getting the cattle yarded for market (it turned out they weren't booked to go anyway), and organising the kits for Saturday's classes - still a few things to do for those too. AND I have been 'volunteered' for more involvement over the long weekend, due to one of the exhibitor's taking sick (she's actually in hospital in Melbourne), so I will be needed to supervise our church hall for the weekend. I had deliberately not volunteered for anything else, as I didn't feel that I could be involved - Ray works Monday, so I will have the kids, and Tuesday is Kate's birthday. I just hope I won't be required to put in too many hours at the hall. So I'm a bit stressing over that, too.
And yes, I am blogging at 5.30 am. When I get too much on my plate like this, I tend to not sleep very well. And the bull is carrying on in the paddock above the house, and woke me pretty much at dawn. Another busy day coming up, I really need to do some scrapping for relaxation therapy, I think.
