unbelievable stink

... going on over at the 2Peas digital boards. There is just so much that is wrong in all of this, and I have had a total gutful already. See, there was a reason why I never got into the message boards there when I started on the net - apart from the inability to get 'in', or even get an answer there, and apart from the weird stuff that gets talked about, and the personality conflicts all over the place - hey, just the general nastiness! And I guess I don't understand peoples' loyalty to the place, or their desire to stay there, never having 'got' it in the first place. Lots of back-pedaling from designers who don't want to be banned from the place (hey, I understand the desire for a presence there, but at what cost to self-respect?) So much kissing up and "I love this place". pee-uke. But there have always been people griping about the invisibility of the owners, their lack of involvement in the boards, the arbitrary application of the TOU. It seems that some of the digiscrappers have their attention now, and get totally dumped on as a result. Funny that the Garden Girls are all over the digiboard today, when they have been completely invisible for months (apart from Rhonna, of course). No real answers or responses apart from the wrist-slaps, and cop-outs about not being able to be present on the boards, and not being consistent enough to suit everyone. To be truly consistent, they would have to ban digital layouts posted with anything other than a 2Peas kit, as truly, every layout is an advertisement for the kit with which it was created (so long as it is credited correctly - kit name and designer). So I know I've said it before (in this damn blog, even), but I think I'm cured now. Not going there - deleted my gallery from there, sig, etc. I mean it!
