sore feet
I think that must be what they call "power shopping". I do believe I got almost all the birthday and Christmas shopping done (for the kids, neices and nephews too). I don't even want to add up what I spent - and unfortunately, it will be on this month's visa statement - ick!! But it is done! Only 2 or 3 things that I couldn't get, I will have to get my sis (in the big smoke LOL) to pick them up for me.
The roadkill count for the trip over the mountain: 3 wombats, 1 roo, 1 fox, 1 possum, 4 magpies, and 1 bunny. Oh, and one black snake (yay! the only good snake is a dead snake). The radio doesn't work in the ute, I had to entertain myself somehow!
And photobucket still isn't working for me, so here is the layout I did last night via blogger - papers from Trish Jones' Design Collection Signature at Modscraps.

PS - I didn't kill those critters on my trip, just counted them on the side of the road. Some had been dead for a few days (wind up the window and hold your breath LOL)

LOVE that layout Deb!! Gosh, Kate is growing up fast!
All we ever see on the side of the road are possums and the odd pukeko or cat!
We had missionaries at church once who asked us to pray for them everytime we saw a dead possum on the side of the road - I think of them everytime - very effective way of getting prayer.......lol
