busy

We were invited to dinner last night - Ray's boss and his wife wanted to make it up to me, seeing as I missed the group dinner before Christmas. They took us to a wonderful restaurant just up the road in the Tarra Valley, and we had a beautiful meal - way better than pizza and beer! LOL Two girls from church came in to sit with the kids, I left a huge lasagna for them for dinner, and they watched movies till we got home - at ll.30pm! Anyway, it was a wonderful outing, we just chatted about anything and everything all evening, and enjoyed the wonderful food. I am so thankful to them for my one night out for the year (I was disappointed to miss out on the Christmas break-up).

After lunch, we are heading down to my Dad's, shopping for new shoes for Ray on the way - he tried to glue the sole back onto his old favourites without success, I'm afraid. Jenny is bringing her kids to visit tonight at Dad's. Tomorrow we are heading into the Melbourne Aquarium - the kids are really excited, as we've not been there before. After the aquarium, we will visit Melissa and baby Jessica at the hospital, on the way to my Aunt and Uncle's home for dinner on Friday evening, then back to Dad's overnight. We will head home on Saturday, visiting Ray's sister Judy on the way (before she heads back to the US in ten days).

Phew! I'm exhausted just thinking about it! See ya on the other side!
