mid-week

It was warm yesterday, but not that warm, and the kids nagged and nagged to go to the pool. We went mid-afternoon, and they insisted that the water wasn't that cold. Kate even said it wasn't as cold as she expected, but I saw the reaction on her face when she jumped in LOL.

I finally managed to catch up with Trish on msn. It was so good to chat with her - it's been weeks really. Everything is just so busy at this time of year.

AND I scrapped! I haven't managed that in over a week, so it was good to make a page. I caught up with the scraplift challenge from Digiscrap Divas from last week, lifting a fabulous layout by Suzy. My version, made with Dawn Stocstill's Youngin kit, which she gave as a freebie at SBB's calendar crop a couple weeks back when the hosts didn't show up.
